This document, being the first in the series of reports on monitoring the sectorial public policies that explicitly refer to the Roma community, particularly focuses on those segments of public policies that have a significant impact on the visibility of Roma position.

The monitoring of four public sectors with the highest needs has been done. These sectors are employment, health care, education and housing.

The League of Roma expresses concern over the initiative for the rehabilitation of Milan Nedic and his glorification as a "Serbian hero" by false presentation of historical truth. The process of his rehabilitation and public support to it by certain politicians revitalize horrific crimes and oppress all its victims.

Rehabilitation of Milan Nedic rehabilitates the policy of the Quisling-nature Government whose decrees and orders praised the Third Reich and Adolf Hitler, implemented discriminatory laws which legalized Holocaust in Serbia, imprisoned and murdered Roma as a group that "damage" the reputation and moral of Aryan society.

SKRUG is asking Government and other relevant institutions to urgently ensure preconditions for further implementation of projects aimed at improving Roma housing to be financed from IPA13 funds of European Union.

With art performance "SVATO E ROMENGO" we solemnise the official ending of the Roma Inclusion Decade (2005- 2015) and the beginning of the „Second Roma Decade“ in Serbia. 

The performance will be presented in the National Theatre in Belgrade on December 8, 2015 at 7 p.m.

The guests will be addressed by the Deputy Prime Minister Zorana Mihajlović, executive manager of the Fund for Open Society Jadranka Jelinčić and the president of the Roma League Osman Balić.

The realisation of the art performance is supported by the Ministry of Culture and Fund for Open Society.
